Lo-Carb Considerations


Thank you for making our lo-carb menu a success!

For those of you engaged in the later stages of Atkins or doing a

South Beach diet, we are happy to offer some new lo-carb dishes

that have a little more carbs, but less fat. Either way, the flavors

are there! Dig in and lose weight!



Lo-Carb Sausage and Peppers

Thaw the winter chill and enlighten your taste buds!

Dig into this sautee of grilled Italian sausage, julienne peppers,

sweet onions, squash and eggplant tossed in marinara and topped

with parmesan cheese.  Served with a garden salad. 10.95


Caesar Chicken and Veggie Wrap

Lo-carb tortilla stuffed with chicken breast, cheese,

lettuce, and our house Caesar dressing.

Served with a garden salad. 8.95


Blackened Chicken and Spinach Salad

Full of the flavors that help you forget that your lo-carbing!

Spinach tossed with crumbled blue cheese and topped with

blackened chicken, hard boiled egg, and applewood bacon.

Great with lo-carb caesar! 8.95


CPW’S Bunless Burger

Grilled 10 oz. Angus beef burger with Applewood bacon, cheddar

and provolone cheese. Smothered with some home-style beef and

sausage chili. Served with a garden salad. 8.95


A Chicken Salad ”Salad“

Half a pound of our lo-carb, yet tasty chicken salad over a bed of

fresh greens and salad veggies. Complete with pork skins if you

like for scoopin’ and crunchin’.  Satisfying and delicious! 8.95


The Atkins Catch!!!

Fresh grilled salmon filet presented over a sauté of veggies including

summer squash, zucchini, mushroom, onion, eggplant, and trio peppers

tossed in a creamy alfresco sauce. Lo-carb baby!!!

Pan sauteed with spinach, artichokes, and mushrooms in a

A duo of jumbo portobello mushroom caps baked with marinara,

mozzarella, zucchini, summer squash, ham, and bacon.

The Crustless Calzone

Baked with your choice of three fillings, ricotta and mozzarella

cheese, and marinara. Garden Salad 10.95
